🚧 Weekend I-275 Shutdowns Ahead

The Gist: I-275 in North Knoxville will close both directions July 11 at 7 p.m. through July 14 at 6 a.m., then again July 18-21, while crews replace the Elm Street/Bernard Avenue bridge. Traffic will detour to I-40 and I-640, so allow extra drive time.

Why It Matters: The closure affects anyone heading downtown or north, including hospital, campus and airport trips, so planning ahead can save headaches.
